3. What type of steel is used, and how durable is the furniture?
We use high-quality steel with eco-friendly coatings, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
4. How long does production take?
The production time for standard products is usually 7-20 working days. For custom furniture, the production time is typically extended by 10-20 working days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order and the factory schedule.
5. Can I just buy a few items?
Yes, we accept small trial orders. You can send us your specific requirements via email or message.
6. What are the shipping methods?
We offer land, sea, and air shipping, depending on your location and order size.
7. Are shipping fees included?
Shipping fees are not included and are calculated based on the order’s weight and destination.
8. Can we get a sample before a bulk order? How long does it take?(Sample Policy)
Yes, we provide Free Samples for our standard models to support your market testing. Our prototyping process is extremely efficient, with a Sample Lead Time of just 5 days, ensuring you can move forward with your project quickly.
9.The samples are great, but how do you ensure the 500-unit mass production matches the sample quality?
We implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and First Article Inspection (FAI). Before mass production, our line managers verify the first unit against the approved sample. We provide Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) videos covering weight, thickness, and coating tests to ensure "what you see is what you get."
10. What is the product structure?
Most products are KD (knock-down) structures, but we can supply fully assembled or pre-assembled structures according to your needs.
11. What is the warranty policy?
Normally, we offer a 3-5 year warranty. All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they are shipped in good condition. If you find any damage or shortage upon receiving the product, please contact us immediately. We can replace or resend the product at our expense.
12. How long does delivery take? Can I track my order?
Delivery usually takes 10-30 days, and you can track your order online.
13. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

14. What payment methods do you accept?
To best suit your order size and ensure a smooth transaction, we provide the following payment options:
For smaller orders: You can choose from several quick and easy methods: Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, VISA, or direct Bank Transfer (T/T).
For full container orders: We suggest secure and efficient methods for larger transactions: Bank Transfer (T/T) or an Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit.
15. Where are the loading ports?
They are usually loaded at Qingdao Port.
16. What are the acceptable payment terms?
30% deposit in advance, the balance upon the copy of B/L.
17. How can I visit your factory?
Our factory is located in Luoyang, Henan. If you are interested in visiting, please inform us of your arrival time and transportation method in advance, and we will pick you up.
18.We are bidding for a school/government project. Can you provide technical drawings and project support?
Yes. Our dedicated Engineering Team provides 2D CAD layouts and 3D renderings to assist your bidding process. We can modify specifications (e.g., reinforced panels or custom lock systems) to meet specific tender requirements, helping you increase your win rate.

We use ISTA-3A standard export packaging with 5-layer heavy-duty cartons, high-density foam padding, and reinforced internal corner protectors. Every new product structure undergoes a 1-meter drop test before leaving the factory.

We operate 8 fully automated production lines with a monthly capacity of over 50,000 units. For bulk orders, we provide a detailed production schedule and staged delivery plan to ensure your project timeline is strictly met.

23.I want to be the exclusive agent. How do you ensure you won't support my competitors in my region?(Market Exclusivity)
We value market protection. Once your annual purchase volume reaches the agreed threshold, we can sign an Exclusive Agency Agreement. We will then cease supply of those specific models to other buyers in your region to protect your market share.
